So I met a friend of mine online, I haven't heard from him since the first of this month, he isn't much of a talker... or so I thought.. like all the chatting convo, it started out with a brief hello followed by an even that I heard he had participated.
As the time passed, naturally we kept changing subjects and I told him that I'll keep him in my prayers so his important test will go well.
Then he said "Speaking of pray... I was gonna get a Bible Tattoo." Knowing that he wasn't much of a Christian we went deeper into the subject. We discussed when he had the idea, what Bible text he was going to use, his contract, who he's gonna get it with, etc. Which led to a little promise that I had with him long before, I brought up the promise of course. And it went a little something like this,
"Hey.. I just remembered.. whatever happened to getting ○○○○ and ○○○○○○ tattoo together? - -;; Though I don't feel like it any more. LOL"
... and so the story gets into how he felt about that deal we made and he tells me that he'd rather keep his character than to be given mine (how rude ><). "So where did this start?" - Wasn't it just a joke? I bet he made a big fuss so I couldn't back down without playing with him for a while. The snack with American pride vs. Global fruit fit for a healthy breakfast. heheh I think we were both serious on different degrees. LOL.
"I was planning to be serious til we got inches from the inked-needle..." - Turns out, he believes that he'd most likely have gotten it if I dragged him there and gotten it too. DAMN, what a bummer.... I should've done so.. if we did, we would have a memory charm somewhere unseen on our body.. but too late.. I left the island.. and he's leaving the island too soon, even if I got there in time, he's 'A Property of the U.S. Army.' Putting the image of me regretting for not being aggressive aside, he started saying that his character is actually cool and started worrying if I really want that dorky thing to stay with me for life... So I gave him a piece of my mind, more like an image of my character. Then he gave me his... turns out he was planning to get his character to be WAY smaller than an inch... WTF... What's the point, we won't even be able to find it even if we were looking for it... but that was his point.. LOL. So I told him that mine was gonna be at least 1&half inches.... pssshhh... less than an inch... LOL, he made up his mind in an instant and agreed on getting one that was 1&half inches. xD
"So you're gonna get it with me!? lol" - The answer was 'I don't think I'm going to Japan anytime soon :( Maybe if I get deployed there.' ... So if you did come here you'd get it with me!? LOL, and there it was...
"So we'll keep this as a 'some day' promise"
'hah yeah maybe like when we're 28 years old' - ... wait... so I gotta wait another 10 years!? Not only that but in 10 years, I gotta be in the same place at the same moment!? But that means we gotta keep in touch even after he goes off to the Army boot camp and stuff.... what if he's blessed with a family in 10 years? What is he gonna tell his wifie? LOL.
His answer 'Well... most likely I'll do it secretly LOL. Not gonna tell anyone I'm going to get a ○○○○○○ tattoo' LMAO. So in 10 years, he's going to have a secret mission to be with me in Saipan or where ever to get a tattoo together? LOL... yah... negative... negative to even have the chance of being in the same place together at the same time 10 years from now... or... is it? He claims that he'll go onto MSN, cuz he has been for as long as he can remember... He better keep in touch... I posted this here to keep a record so at least I won't forget.
